Significance of Voluntary Blood Donation.
Blood is a need for human being in injury,
accident and on need. It can be received by human being only through donation
and replacement.
Safe blood transfusion is essential to save
the life and it can be possible through Voluntary Blood Donation Camp with the
coordination of Registered Blood Banks. Person can give blood with great
humanity on voluntary basis.
Observation by DAPCU
The voluntary Blood Donation day was observed
by DAPCU-East in East District of Delhi , camp organized by Local MLA in the
District Hospital (Lal Bahadur Hospital) on 2nd Oct ( Birthday
of Sh Lal Bahadur Shastri) and total collection were 56 units.
Challenges faced
Unawareness / Less interest of Public
About Voluntary Blood Donation and their
suspicious about the blood utilization.
Non coordination of Zonal Blood Testing
Centers.
