It is very heartening to hear that the theme for this month is " Mainstreaming and I on my part thought that any assistance would be of help to all the DAPCUs who are working hard on the field.
I take this opportunity to send you some slides on mainstreaming.Please go
through it and make use of it.But please bear in mind
"Mainstreaming/convergence" are words that expects all that is ideal from us and in
reality this is the most challenging and toughest task.We cannot expect mainstreaming/convergence to happen overnight .It demands our best efforts, ultimate commitment, perseverance, never give up spirit, patience and consistent actions.
The rewards however will be great. The achievement of our theme: Getting to Zero ; Zero new infections, zero stigma and discrimination, zero AIDs related death, and finally towards a society free of HIV/AIDS.

These slides are mainly meant for a small state like
Manipur. Bigger states have more government departments like Railways
etc.I will send you more detail slides later on as I'm a little bit busy these
