2. Advocacy and sensitize to the officials when beneficiaries visit them
3. Circular to be issued to the concerned departments for maintaining the   confidentiality
4. Priority should be given to the community while scrutinizing the beneficiaries

Role of DIC,DLN,LC,ART,ICTC

1. Identification of beneficiaries in the community
2. Referral to the concerned DIC,DLN,ART,ICTC
3. Providing proper guidance and awareness
4. Assistance for getting proper documents from concerned department

Challenges

1. No active participation from the beneficiaries due to confidentiality issue
2. Priority not given to the community people while scrutinizing Applications from the concerned departments
3. No awareness about the schemes available  
4. Difficulties in getting all the supportive documents for availing the schemes
5. No proper response and guidance from the departments for the beneficiaries
